Diary of Life Rosie Bell Kirkwood Rosie Bell Wilson Kirkwood was born in Onedia, Arkansas to the late Richard Wilson Sr. and Idale Smith Rosie accepted Christ as her personal Savior early in life. She was a member of pleasant Joy Church. Rosie spent the majority of her life being a personal caregiver, housekeeper, and private tax preparer. She enjoyed reading, ordering vitamins, working crossword puzzles, and cracking jokes. Rosie is preceded in death by both parents, her grandmother Susie King, husband Robert lee Kirkwood Jr., Four sons: Dennis Ray Kirkwood, Donald Lynn Kirkwood, Tommie Lee Kirkwood Sr., and Eugene Kirkwood Sr., Two daughters: Shirley Marie Kirkwood and Angela Hope Hall, Two daughters in Law Angelina Kirkwood and Yvonne Kirkwood, a sister Verna Prater, a brother Richard Wilson Jr., and 2 great-grandsons Keith Williams Jr., and Shannon Williams Jr. The mouth that had no filter that we have grown to love has said her goodbyes. At times, we did not understand her, but it never stopped us from loving Rosie B Deep within our hearts. She was not perfect, but she would always lend a helping hand. I ask that we remember Rosie B's good deeds and let the unpleasant memories motivate us to have a better life. Rosie B leaves behind the following to honor her legacy, Six children: Bobbie Gardner of Conway, AR; Earnestine Kirkwood of West Helena, AR; Thelma Kirkwood of Illinois; Edward Kirkwood of Arizona; Freddie (Theresa) Kirkwood Sr., of Alabama; and Gerlene Kirkwood of Little Rock, AR; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; Three sisters: Pearlie (Harry) Williams of Kissimmee, FL; Bertha Smith of Earl, AR; and Betty (Larry) Woffard of Memphis, TN; 2 sisters in law: Margarie Ayers and Deloistine Williams of West Helena, AR... To decrease the chance of harming the family of Mrs. Rosie Kirkwood family and the health of others by COVID-19, masks are required to enter the facility and the number of persons allowed inside the building will be reduced. If the capacity is filled, please limit your visit to 10 minutes at a time to allow others to gain access.
